The Heartwood Group facilitates the acquisition, sales, construction, and asset management of real estate properties and notes throughout the country. These properties consist of single family residences, multifamily complexes, and self-storage facilities. The Heartwood Group also purchases non performing & performing notes to properties as well.

Heartwood Investments, LLC was founded in 2015 to purchase single family investment properties as long term rentals. Since the inception of Heartwood Investments, services have expanded to include the acquisition and sales, of performing and non-performing Mortgage Notes, Trust Deeds, and Contracts nationwide. Heartwood Construction
Heartwood Construction was founded in 2017 to perform construction services for the Heartwood Group & Heartwood Investment owned properties. Heartwood Construction is a Construction Management company that partners with investors and developers to turn their dreams into reality. The construction team manages the work performed by subcontractors to build or renovate properties within the Heartwood portfolio. Having the construction management in house, gives the Heartwood team complete control over the budget and schedule to effectively update and maintain accurate communication with all project team members.

Heartwood Management was founded in 2016 to manage the properties owned within Heartwood Investments. Heartwood Management, is an asset management company, capable of managing both small and larger investment properties. Heartwood Management is responsible for improving the performance of each property with the goal of providing the highest ROI possible on each asset managed.

Brad Reinking
The Heartwood Group was founded by Brad Reinking in 2016. Brad attended Purdue University from 2005 – 2009, and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Management. Since graduation, in 2009, Brad has worked as a project manager in the single family, multifamily, and commercial construction markets. He has also owned, operated, and sold two businesses prior to founding The Heartwood Group and corresponding entities. Through the acquisition, management, development, growth, and sale of each business, Brad was able to grow his business acumen which he can better utilize throughout The Heartwood Group business relationships.
